Research indicates that people are hesitant to recycle their E-waste and due to the fear of their personal information which is stored in the end of life electronics being restored or leaked. Flexcycle is focused on addressing any customer concerns to ensure our customers feel confident about disposing their E-waste. We will ensure that any customer’s sensitive data, confidential information and intellectual property will not be disclosed.
Flexcycle provides customers with the following options of data destruction or data wipe :
Data Wipe: Process of erasing data in the memory by overwriting it relies on a data sanitization program known as the “US Department of Defense (DoD) 5220.22-M Standard”.
Physical Destruction: Process of physically hard drive shredding or mobile shredding through a Professional Grade Shredder.
